Lelah S., Vice President and Founder
Lelah Sullivan is a renowned dog trainer and the author of several dog training books, featuring her unique Full Potential Service Dog Method.
In 2018, she founded Your Service Dog Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to train their own Service Dogs while also providing fully trained Service Dogs at no cost to those who cannot train their own.
Lisa S, Assistant Executive Director and President of the Board
My journey into the Service Dog field began in 2017, when I first discovered Lelah Sullivan’s books on Service Dog training, available on Amazon here. These resources served as a catalyst, deepening my passion for working with animals and inspiring me to become more involved in the Service Dog community. That same year, I joined the dedicated Facebook support group connected to her work, where I found both guidance and a warm, encouraging community.
In December 2022, I took the next step by joining Your Service Dog Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live more independent and empowered lives through the assistance of trained Service Dogs.
With over 22 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, employee development, and account management, I now apply those skills to support a mission that has personal significance and real-world impact.
I’m honored to contribute to an organization where professional expertise and heartfelt purpose intersect—and where every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Cassandra W, Enrollment and Treasurer
Cassandra W. is on the Board of Directors as Treasurer as well as the Enrollment Department Head, she has held these positions since 2018. She loves her fuzzy babies including her service dog in training (Type 1 Diabetes) Jasmine. She love to take photos, do yarn work, and many crafty things in her spare time.
Ingrid M, School Administrator and Trainer
Ingrid has been training dogs since 2017. She started out here at Your Service Dog Inc., with her own service dog, Hope. Ingrid is diabetic, has PTSD and POTS. She started as the School Administrator in 2023. You can find Ingrid reading books, doing arts and crafts, and training her three dogs using positive reinforcement with the Full Potential Service Dog training method.
Chrystal C, Administrative Assistant
Chrystal has been with the school since 2017. She is the Administrative Assistant to Lisa S. Chrystal loves training dogs and enjoys her chickens and gardening.
Rebecca M, Trainer
Rebecca has been with the school since 2017. She has trained her 11 dogs with the Full Potential Service Dog method. Rebecca enjoys playing with her young son, hanging out with her chickens, and working with her students!
